The contents and design and architecture of the site are proprietary formats. The contents published in the platform, including any future digital application or physical copies circulated (such content, idea, report, research, design and materials are collectively referred to as Common Post’s content. A portion of content uploaded in this platform is secured by express permission and licenses from third party publishers to provide access to such content to the readers of Common Post. You may not use or reproduce or allow anyone to use or reproduce any trade marks (such as "Common Post" “Common Law Chambers” name and logo or other trade names appearing on the Site or any Digital Application) for any reason without written permission from Common Law Chambers. The software that operates the Site and all Digital Applications is proprietary software commissioned and owned by Common Law Chambers and Common Law Chambers has perpetual rights on the same. You shall not copy, reverse engineer, modify or otherwise deal with the software.

Content Usage: The access and usage of Common Post content is strictly for personal and non-commercial use only. You can display the content of the article from the site on a computer screen, table, mobile device or print individual pages. However, you cannot photocopy them, circulate them or replicate them in any manner whatsoever without seeking permission to do the same. You shall store the content in your electronic devices (computers, laptops, tablets, smart phones, other mobile devices solely for non-commercial use. In the event you opt to create an account, you may use Digital Applications only on devices for which they were intended, for your personal, non-commercial use and on no more than five separate devices. Except as expressly permitted above, you may not reproduce, modify or in any way commercially exploit any Common Post

You have to write to common post for permission of use (and a response will be furnished within 72 hours) and you shall not ‘reproduce, store, alter, transmit to any other website, hard disc, cloud storage, online digital platform, newsgroup, mailing list, server, electronic bulletin board, storage device all or any part of the Common Post content.

You shall not modify, copy any manner of solving a problem and reword the same, alter in any manner, publish or transmit or participate in transfer, reproduction or create a derivative work from, distribute, perform or display or in any manner exploit or utilize the Content for commercial use, for publicity, propaganda or for any illegal or immoral purposes. You can write to us directly if you want to use the same for academic and educational purposes and wait for us to respond.

Currently there is no fee and the content are uploaded solely for practical educational and academic reading of the viewers.

Wait for Six month before reprinting
Articles cannot be reprinted before six (6) months have elapsed from the date of initial publication. The date of initial publication will be date appearing on each article.

No Reproduction, alteration and distortion of Artwork
Few Artwork, images, illustration and design are proprietary and copyrighted. A copyright symbol will appear next to such work. Such artwork, images, illustration and design shall not be reproduced except without permission of Common Post.

Translation
Common Post is translating existing materials in Indian Vernacular Languages particularly, Bengali, Kannada and Malayalam. However, if you opt to translate in any other language please write to us. Permission will be given within 5 days of receipt of such request. You shall not sell or commercially gain out of such translation. You must faithfully translate and furnish a copy of the translation to Common Post. Except minor change in vernacular, the author’s meaning may not be altered.
